Refund policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5–7 working days.

4. Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange for defective or incorrect items. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
